About Me
Hi, I’m Jemma, a UK based Neurodivergent Music artist/producer and ADHD coach-in-training.
I help neurodivergent creatives find sustainable ways to show up for their art, ideas, and themselves- especially when life (or your brain) keeps getting in the way.
If you’ve ever felt scattered, overstimulated, full of ideas but frozen when it comes to next steps... you’re in the right place.
What I do:
I run The AMP Club- weekly accountability, planning, community chat and body-doubling sessions for neurodivergent music-makers.
I offer 1:1 coaching for creatives who feel stuck or burnt out but still deeply care about their work.
I write, perform, and produce music, and often speak about ADHD, creativity, and mental health.
I also deliver talks and workshops on neurodivergence and music industry neuroinclusivity.
Why?
I was diagnosed with Inattentive ADHD in 2022, which made a lot of things suddenly click. Around that time, I started a Masters in Electronic Music Production and found myself obsessing over a single question:
Why are there so few useful resources for neurodivergent creatives?
My research turned into a community. What started as a dissertation evolved into The ADHD Music Producer — a peer-led online support space built around gentle external accountability, creative structure, and consistent encouragement.
My Approach
I bring together:
Bespoke Coaching tools (I’m currently training for ICF accreditation)
My background in Occupational Therapy (not practising, but still highly relevant!)
A strong belief in biopsychosocial support — that what we do, think, and feel can’t be separated from our environment, relationships, or context.
My focus isn’t “fixing” you — it’s helping you work with your own rhythms, honour your ideas, and build systems that feel doable.
Lived Experience
I know what it’s like to:
Burn out
Be care-experienced
Fail your GCSEs
Have a creative dream but no roadmap
Try to make art while also being someone’s care giver
I live in a very neurodivergent household and I understand the head-spinning task of navigating care, creativity, mental health, and music- often all on the same day.
