What data we collect
Contact details (name, email, sometimes phone number if provided).
Information you share in intake forms, voice notes, or during coaching.
Sensitive information you may share about health or neurodivergence (treated as special category data under UK GDPR).
Booking and payment information (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or Acuity; we never store your card details).
Basic website analytics (through Squarespace or similar tools).
Why we collect data
To provide coaching and AMP Club services.
To schedule sessions and process payments.
To send you updates, resources, or newsletters (only if you opt in).
To keep coaching logs required for my ICF accreditation.
To improve services through basic website analytics.
Lawful basis for processing
We rely on different lawful bases depending on the purpose:
Contract – to deliver services you’ve booked.
Consent – for newsletters and marketing emails.
Legitimate interest – for website analytics and accreditation records.
Special category data – processed only with your explicit consent (e.g. information about health or neurodivergence shared in coaching).
Who we share data with
Service providers I use to run the business (Acuity, Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal, email platforms).
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) may contact you to verify coaching hours — but only if you give consent.
Otherwise, your data will never be sold or shared.
How long we keep data
Coaching logs (name, email, hours): retained for up to 7 years to meet accreditation, supervision, and insurance requirements.
Payment and booking records: kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law.
General enquiries, mailing list contacts, or chemistry call notes: deleted within 12 months if no ongoing relationship, or earlier if you withdraw consent.
Other personal data: only kept as long as needed to provide services.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
Access the data I hold about you.
Request corrections or deletion.
Withdraw consent to receive emails at any time.
Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
