• Contact details (such as your name, email address and any telephone number you choose to provide).
• Information you share in enquiry forms, intake forms, emails, voice notes, coaching sessions or community discussions.
• Sensitive information you may choose to share relating to health, disability, neurodivergence or wellbeing. This is treated as special category data under UK GDPR.
• Booking and payment information (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, Acuity Scheduling or other approved providers. I do not store your card details).
• Coaching records, notes, actions and related administrative information.
• Basic website and platform analytics (for example through Squarespace, Circle or other service providers).
Why We Collect Data
I collect personal information in order to:
• Provide coaching services and AMP Club membership.
• Schedule appointments and manage bookings.
• Process payments.
• Maintain coaching records for professional, administrative, insurance and legal purposes.
• Send resources, newsletters, updates or service information where you have requested or consented to receive them.
• Improve services through basic analytics and usage information.
AI-Assisted Note Taking
I may use an AI note-taking tool during coaching sessions to assist with capturing key points, actions and reminders.
AI tools are used solely to support administration and note-taking and are not used to make coaching decisions.

How Long We Keep Data
• Coaching records and related administrative records: up to 7 years.
• Payment and booking records: up to 6 years in line with UK tax and accounting requirements.
• General enquiries, chemistry call notes and marketing contacts where no ongoing relationship exists: typically up to 12 months.
• Other personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of personal data where applicable.
