Terms & Conditions for The ADHD Music Coach

What I offer

  • 1:1 ADHD music coaching sessions.

  • AMP Club: a subscription-based accountability and creativity community.

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Coaching sessions must be paid in advance through Stripe, PayPal, or Acuity Scheduling.

  • AMP Club is a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel any time; your membership will continue until the end of the billing period.

  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions or once a billing period has begun, unless required by law.

  • Consumer rights: If you purchase online as an individual, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date/time.

  • AMP Club sessions are group-based and run at scheduled times. If you miss one, you can join the next-  there are no refunds for non-attendance.

  • Replays or catch-ups may be provided at my discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or legal/financial advice. You remain responsible for your own actions and wellbeing.

  • If you have health or mental health concerns, please seek advice from a qualified professional.

  • Services are offered to adults (18+) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

  • What’s shared in coaching or AMP sessions is treated as confidential, except where there is risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

  • AMP Club is a group space. While confidentiality is encouraged, I cannot control what other members choose to share outside the group.

  • For accreditation purposes, I may log your name/email and hours coached. The ICF may contact you to verify this (with your consent).

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the services in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence, or anything else the law does not allow me to exclude.

Changes

I may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on the website. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
