Services

I offer:

• 1:1 coaching sessions for musicians, creatives and neurodivergent individuals.

• 1:1 mentoring for musicians, creatives and neurodivergent individuals.

• The AMP Club, a subscription-based accountability, creativity and community membership.

Payments & Subscriptions

Coaching sessions and packages must be paid for in advance.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or other approved payment providers.

AMP Club is a rolling monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and your membership will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions or for AMP Club billing periods that have already started, unless required by law.

Consumer Rights

If you purchase online as an individual, you may have certain rights under UK consumer law, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

Where you request that coaching services begin within this period, you acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost once services have been delivered.

Coaching Packages

Three-session coaching packages should be used within six months of purchase.

Six-session coaching packages should be used within twelve months of purchase.

Unused sessions may be refunded if requested during the package validity period.

Once the package validity period has expired, unused sessions are forfeited and are no longer eligible for refund.

Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Repeated rescheduling may affect future booking availability.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

AMP Club sessions take place at scheduled times. Missed sessions are not refundable.

Any recordings, replays or catch-up materials are provided at my discretion and are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

AMP Club is a group environment. While confidentiality is encouraged, I cannot control what other members choose to share outside the group.

Professional Records

I maintain coaching records for professional, administrative, insurance and legal purposes.

Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or legal, financial or medical advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.

If you have concerns relating to your physical or mental health, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.

Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Significant changes will be communicated via email, through AMP Club or on the website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
