Welcome! If you are part of the AMP Club or working with me 1:1, this page is here to help you find answers and navigate your membership with ease.

Why can’t I see any sessions or coaching packages listed on the website?

To keep things simple and relevant, I’ve removed all AMP Club and coaching session bookings from public view. Everything is still available — it’s just now accessed via private links, which are sent directly to coaching clients and AMP Club members.

I’m a current client. How do I book a session?

You’ll find your booking link in your original confirmation email or reminder email. If you are an AMP Club member, you’ll also have access to a private Members Area where all booking options are clearly listed and regularly updated.

If you can’t find the right link, drop me an email and I’ll resend it.

Do I need to book AMP Club sessions each week?

No — AMP Club is drop-in style, meaning you don’t need to book. However, if you’d prefer to have sessions in your calendar with reminders, you’re welcome to use the private links provided in the Members Area.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. You can reschedule, cancel, or adjust your booking via the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into your Acuity account using the email you originally booked with.

How do I access the AMP Club Members Area?

You’ll receive a direct link to the Members Area when you join. If you’ve lost access or forgotten where to go, just get in touch and I’ll resend the details.

How do I manage my AMP Club subscription?

To update your subscription (e.g. change your card details or cancel your plan), log into your Acuity account using the email address you signed up with. All ongoing subscription management is handled securely through Acuity.

I’ve purchased a coaching bundle — how do I book my sessions?

Once you buy a coaching bundle, you will receive a confirmation email with a private booking link specific to your package. Please use that link to book all included sessions.

If anything is unclear, let me know and I’ll point you in the right direction.

What’s the “6 for 5” offer?

This is a coaching package where you pay for five 1:1 sessions and get a sixth one free. If you’ve received an email about this, you’ll also have a private link to buy it. Just let me know if you’d like it re-sent.
