It’s a seated very lowkey mobility and breathing session, you can do it from your chair if you need to but it’s good to move to the floor if you can- might help with grounding!

This video is for taking a few minutes to re-centre yourself if you need it- a little oasis in your day.

Some people like white noise to help with blocking out sound, it’s all of the frequencies at once and it can feel calming, although it’s not for everyone.

Brown noise has less of the higher harsh frequencies so it’s a bit softer or more like wind or sand. try it and if you like it feel free to download it.
